I’m Annette O’Neill, RDN, a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for over 10 years. I am originally from New York City and currently reside in New Jersey.  Graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences; cum laude.  I completed my Dietetic Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey and worked there for over seven years.  I am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a member of the American Diabetes Association. Earned Certificates that Specialize in Obesity and Diabetes Interventions for children and adults. Earned a Certificate in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), especially for Eating Disorder treatments, and also recently in 2022 “Dialectical Behavior Therapy” (DBT). In Addition to my aforementioned qualifications, other areas are Bariatric, Cardiac Health, Diabetes, and Medical Nutrition Therapy of all disease states.  I also provide Corporate Wellness presentations on all aspects of Nutrition and Disease Conditions and also Doctor Groups hire me to teach classes for their patients.  Since 2013,  I have worked in doctor's offices for outpatients for all disease states, including but not limited to digestive disorders, thyroid disorders, cancer, kidney disease, and PCOS.  Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely customized “Healthy Lifestyle Plan” that does not just include a “meal plan”, but suits your individual goals of physical and emotional well-being.  Aside from working,  I enjoy nature walks with my two goldendoodles, art, drawing, reading, and of course cooking!
